In his current role, John oversees all physical Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail Management for all Theatrical and Television Home Entertainment Products for Sony Pictures.

John previously served as Sony’s EVP of Operations for all North American Manufacturing and Distribution sites. In addition, he has held various executive and financial positions for Cinram, Time Warner, and Coopers & Lybrand.

As an Executive Director at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Janet oversees a top-notch team focused every day on delivering high levels of service to support top retailers – including Walmart, Best Buy and Target.

With direct oversight of strategic direction for customer operations, she drives a passion to deliver product to retailers against a balance of performance management, cost optimization, and process refinement. She brings insights that span 17 years in the home entertainment industry that includes SKU lifecycle management (new release to moratorium) and format lifecycle (decline of VHS to the advent of high def).
